Q1:
Capactive Touch gesture functionality in Windows 7
A1:

1.      If need the pinch zoom function have to remove the EETI(eGalaxy) touch driver.
2.      If use the pinch zoom function can't support simulated mouse function.
3.      If want to calibrate the touch under Windows 7 can follow below :
     a.     Click Start and then Control Panel, and next Hardware and Sound.
     b.     Under Tablet PC Settings, tap Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input.
     c.     On the Display tab, under Display options, tap Calibrate and then Yes to allow the program to make changes.
     d.     Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your touch screen.
 

Q2:
How do I represent the multi touch function under Windows 7?
A2:

Please ensure you used the multi touch sensor products and install the touch driver correctly. Then you can download the Multi Touch Pack from Microsoft to test it.

Q3:
APC-3X19 After install the Realtek audio driver, the Mic In function is lost
A3:

 Please follow below to setup the Mic In device

  1. Control Panel => Realtek HD Audio Manager => Microphone => Device advanced setting, Recording Device to set for “Separate all input jacks as independent input devices”
  2. Select/Set default device for [Mic in at real panel (White)] with a “checked” icon

(same as to choose the default device under Control Panel => Hardware and Sound => Manage audio devices => Recording to set default for the Mic in at real panel)

What can I do when I want to install touch device as a mouse device under Windows 2008/ Windows Vista / Windows 7?

If you use the PenMount Windows Universal V2.2.0.283, please modify the “\Driver\install.ini” as below before installation:
[Option]
TouchReport = 1
After modification, please save the file, then start the installation procedure, it can make the touch device be driven as the mode of simulate mouse.

How much torque to the fasten the screw if used panel mounting?

What Panel PC products can support WOL?

All the Panel PC products can support WOL (Wake On LAN) but exclude the APC-3081 not support S1/S3 for WOL function.

Q7:
What’s kind of touch display monitor can support DOS / Win31 / Win98 / WinNT?
A7:

The normal resistive touch display monitor used RS-232 touch controller can support that due to not support USB driver.

Note : The touch driver may refer Penmount 9036 RS-232 touch driver (http://www.penmount.com/down_2_1.php)
